BUSINESSS COACH

Jo first met James Grigg 10 years ago when she was in the market for a house.  Several mortgages and children later she thinks James may have taken the ‘property finance partner for life’ mission a little too personally!

An accomplished executive coach, corporate trainer and keynote speaker Jo began her career in the UK and has worked throughout Europe and Australasia.  In NZ she has her own business helping clients achieve their individual and business growth aspirations.  She works primarily in the fields of leadership, sales and mindset/culture change and has helped Simply Finance hone its’ service and commitment to clients.

In a past life Jo achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (History) where she focused on the effectiveness of post graduate leadership education. She was funded by the Economic and Social Research Council of the United Kingdom.  Her work was shared with management thinkers such as Henry Mintzberg.  Jo’s Masters investigated issues of diversity in senior management.

When Jo gets a chance, she likes to exercise, shop and spend time with her lovely friends.
